went for this last evening..(actually supposed to go during diwali time..but somehow never made it..hehe..)..so yesterday..major diwali hangover..almost no classes..dead bored in the evening..hence the movie thing..just for a lark..shavii was supposed to come with me but that got scrapped in the last min (her loss as it turns out now..n boy was she madd last night..oopsie..hehe..)..so pataod shanu bhaiya finally (even tho he was partial to "don"..which id already promised id go with mads n the gang for the treat thing..actually well even i had certan misgivings at first abt this..but as it turned out..)..hehe..anyway it actually turned out to be good..one salman movie i didnt balk or gag at..interestingly made..its obvious that the director went nutts in the first half..hehe..refreshingly n surprisingly not a total lift from some hollywood flick (tho there is a total carbon copy of this one scene from "win a date with tad hamilton"..the six smiles thing..but since most of the population has no idea about the original anyway so guess not many caught on..hehe..)..total time-pass fun movie..second half had the predictable tears n stuff..but then thats indispensible..all in all..wacky crazy but at least not a total waste of time like "kank"..hehe..n thankfully..no srk or big b around.. :D
in other news..classes getting cancelled right, left n centre..hehe..which is gr88 of course..even today had just one class so far..with the prospect that the two left might get either cancelled or at least shortened to a considerable degree..hehe..n with tomorrow as a holiday again..yieeee!!!!!!..hehe..thinking of going for "don"..gotta take some advantage outta the hols right..if not, then sunday is always there..hehe..anyway..outta here now..planning on squeezing in a movie before heading out for the next class..
